Adrian Sosebee is a seasoned filmmaker and dedicated content creator with a passion for safeguarding Louisiana's vibrant culinary heritage. Hailing from Atlanta, Adrian's journey into the world of film began at the prestigious Paideia School, where his fascination with cinema studies blossomed under the tutelage of esteemed educators.

After graduating from NYU with a degree in film production and photography in 2002, Adrian honed his craft while working for leading networks such as BET and BETJ. His adventures took him across the Caribbean, capturing the soulful rhythms of jazz performances as a producer and cameraman.

Notable among Adrian's accomplishments is his collaboration with Quincy Jones III on the acclaimed feature film "Know Your History." This insightful documentary, delving into the life of comedian Paul Mooney, garnered widespread acclaim and found a global audience on platforms like Netflix, HBO, and Showtime.

Relocating to New Orleans to reunite with his family, Adrian found success as a bartender and social media manager until the onset of the pandemic abruptly altered his trajectory. Undeterred, Adrian launched the YouTube channel "HealthyAndFantastic" in 2020, showcasing his journey to sobriety alongside his profound admiration for New Orleans' dynamic food scene.

At Eat the Works Louisiana, our process begins with your initial contact (scroll down for our contact form). Following this, we conduct a comprehensive discovery call to understand your business's social media content requirements. Once we have assessed your needs, we proceed to schedule a shoot date.

Our dynamic team, comprising Brad Bohannan (host) and Adrian Sosebee, arrives equipped with top-of-the-line gear sourced from soldicemedia.com. This includes professional lighting, an 8k camera, a drone, and a complete equipment package tailored to your specific needs.

We bring the shoot directly to you, whether it's your restaurant, pop-up event, or foodie gathering. Upon arrival, we set up and film an engaging introduction. You then select 3-4 signature dishes for Adrian to capture being expertly prepared in your kitchen.

Following this, we transition to a new setup where Brad is served the showcased dishes, engaging in a conversation with the chef or owner, akin to the intimate dialogue reminiscent of classic Anthony Bourdain shows.

We conclude with a captivating drone shot bidding farewell, and Adrian returns to edit a 60-second reel optimized for social media and YouTube, or a longer 15-minute film for YouTube. Once these videos are finalized, we leverage Instagram and YouTube advertising through Google Ads to ensure maximum exposure to your target audience.
